The Institute
The Institute for the Promotion of Chinese Language and Culture and the Chinese Studies Research Centre were established in November 2006, and were formally unveiled on March 26, 2007 by Councillor Chen Zhili of the State Council and Minister Zhou Ji of the Ministry of Education. The Chancellor of Renmin University, Professor Ji Baocheng, is Director of the Research Institute, with Deputy Directors Chen Yulu, Yang Huilin, Jin Canrong, Yang Xusheng and Liu Xiuyan. More...
